Ledger Roofing is a commercial and residential roofing contractor founded in Houston, Texas in 2022 as Property Plus Construction. In 2026 the company took the Ledger Roofing name, registered as a foreign entity in Kansas, and opened an Overland Park office to focus on the greater Kansas City metro while continuing to serve Texas clients from Houston. Same ownership, same crews, same standard: one accountable contractor who inspects, documents, budgets, repairs, restores, replaces and closes out every roof through one system.

President
Stacy Landis Sr. founded the company in 2022 and serves as its president. The commercial, new-construction, multifamily and residential roofing work shown on the projects page was performed by this company under his leadership as Property Plus Construction, and carries forward under the Ledger Roofing name.
He set the company's operating standard around a single idea: an owner should never have to ask a contractor what condition their roof is in. The record should already exist, and it should be honest about what it does not know.
